Pros

- Co-workers are great for most of them - Great promises and great mandate to start, but if ever you loose that mandate, see the cons... - Great working machine, mostly laptop. - Allow remote working

Cons

- If you're being put on the bench, start searching another job now! Chances you got a new mandate are low especially if you're on the bench more than a few weeks. Basically they try to make you leave before they have to cut you at this point. - Great laptops but poor software configuration leading to poor performing machine... Encryption and AV protection kill it. Those are both necessary but could be configured to be less intrusive and performance wise all-around without compromising much... - You have to be with the right peoples to grow in that company.

Pros

The employees seemed very happy. Benefits start your first day. There is a lot of room for advancement. If you do not want to become a manager you can become a subject matter expert.

Cons

No cons, other then the remoteness of the location but the office environment seemed very professional and the people seemed very happy.

Pros

This company is propped up by public subsidies so it's not going to go down, and they will go at length to avoid bad publicity, so they can not do massive layoffs as often as they would like to.

Cons

The overhead management is too big and doesn't add any value. You are basically working for fat cats that want to keep variable cost to a minimum ( meaning the average employee). It doesn't matter if you are more skilled, more experienced, or have more education. You need to befriend people you wouldn't like to befriend in the first place in order to get ahead. Avoid if you have principles. Your performance evaluation depends more on the macro-economy and the business cycle than your own performance.
