Pros
• highly intelligent folks on the projects I worked on • the pay is decent and cushy for folks who have been there a while (not me.) • the fitness classes downstairs made for a good break from the cubicles
Cons
• massive egos + personal politics became the iceberg to the titanic of our project • no work/life balance • HR is useless • culture and energy around the office is d.e.a.d. • incompetent managers with absolutely no people skills • huge layoff waves every 2-3 years • forced to work with offshore team despite teams communicating how inefficient and counterproductive this working relationship is
