Pros

Still some flexibility with work location and hours

Cons

Management changes at every level have destroyed employee morale. VP level managers are extremely poor communicators. They make unrealistic demands without providing anything close to proper support. They reduce or remove elements that make project teams successful and expect more to be produced. There is no support anymore, just demands. Once project teams are successful, there is zero acknowledgement or thanks. Raises do not take into account any changes in the market or economy. You must leave and come back to increase your compensation. Bonus (or PPP as they call it) are wildly inconsistent and have been reduced over the last 5 years when given.

Pros

- Good work life balance - IF YOU ONLY WANT A PAYCHECK OR CAN'T FIND ANOTHER JOB USE THIS AS A STEPPING STONE

Cons

- You are being underpaid (go look at Accenture, Deloitte, etc.) - The benefits are terrible - They will try to keep you underpaid on purpose (my starting class only got raises because we found out new hires were making more than we were, even though we had a year of experience, management was unhappy we found out) - This is NOT consulting. You will learn their ERP system and implement it. - There is NO career path. Ask in your interview for materials on the career path, they will not be able to provide nor explain. - There is NO pay bump for being promoted to Senior Consultant - You can be assigned to a Help Desk job where you are just an IT resource doing nothing but answering bug tickets. Assignments are random after MAP (3 months of training) - If you ever end up working >40 hours they offer you "flex time" which is supposed to be time that you are allowed to take off the following week. You can't take this time because they'll give you bad performance reviews, or they will just tell you they need you to work 40 hours. They will do everything in their power to make you work without paying you what you earned. - If you work in Federal you will be told you need to become a SME to advance, so you are pigeonholing your career as a government/government contract employee and gaining few other skills

Pros

1. Lucrative and attractive talks 2. Some good training

Cons

They have a buzz word among them "member". They have statement "Our employees are not our employees, but our members". But do they really mean it? 1. Upper management is completely careless. Almost half of the employees have not got company's laptops. All the benefits and account details are to be filled from their intranet( available in company's laptop) only. Employees are facing trouble, they are not able to avail services. Even not able to upload bank details for their basic salary. We are constantly mailing them, but no response from HRs. They have collaboration with StackRoute for training purpose. In the name of training, their main purpose is to take our time, no matter, whether the training is really getting fruitful for us and for the company. They taught us like we are school students. Taking our classes, Marking attendance, giving assignments etc.
