Pros
Very nice people, respecting everyone. Good salary, benefits. Autonomy. No micromanagement. I learned a lot from the position and from people with whom I worked. The best part of working with CGI was that you were 'entrusted' with a lot of tasks and managers rarely micromanaged you. It really made you work hard as if they trust you then you naturally feel you should do an excellent job.
Cons
nothing really serious. Like most other companies, they too should give higher raises!
