Pros

The company is medium sized but has big dreams and vision. It encourages independent thinking while working with other team members (as employees are called). Telecommuting is possible in many positions and often encouraged. Benefits are good. As a major player in the field of federal contracts, job security is good.

Cons

While open communication is promoted, often unfortunately those who are most affected by a big change or contract win are the last to know. One is asked to take on new assignments and responsibilities without commesurate increase in compensation or title. One's role is often expanded unexpectedly.

Pros

Okay place to start up your career or if you just want to get by. Basic benefits but with co pays. Good share purchase plan benefits.

Cons

Chances for advancement is possible but very long... You will have to be extremely patient. Some projects just lag too far behind and you will be stuck if your project is on the lower end. Management wait until problems become very big before reacting... then everyone will be affected. Discrimination based on priority of projects. Advancement and pay obvoiusly becomes unbalanced.
