Reorganization literally every 6 months; I had 11 bosses in 5 years with the company Make your own opportunity but only if you are a solid networker and find it yourself No commitment to their staff - if you hit the bench, you have 3 weeks to find a role or you're fired, no matter how long you have been with the company or how good a job you have done. No training or employee development to speak of. I'm fine with taking care of my own education but with the constant reorganization, priorities and direction changed so often you couldn't tell where to focus
