Pros

- A great place to gain experience especially for entry level positions. If you are new to the industry I recommend learning as much as possible and sprucing up your resume while you look for jobs elsewhere. - Work/Life balance is not bad for the most part... But I constantly felt drained at the end of an 8 hour work day. - I've met some great people (Although, you can find great people elsewhere too.)

Cons

- Management is awful. They will ask you for feedback and if you offer any constructive criticism they will argue with you and get defensive. Excuse me, you asked for feedback and your employees are doing you a favor whenever they respond. Clearly you are too insecure to be able to receive anything constructive and that's why you only want 'yes men' to work for you. They don't care about your aspirations. They only care about the bottom line. They can't even admit it because they are in denial. Absolutely delusional. Bismillah. - This is a great place to get brunt out. There might be some projects where things are good, I wouldn't know. - The teams are so insanely dysfunctional. There is so much potential for something great to be made but the projects I've been on have suffered from terrible mistakes made by the company. (Not hiring the right people, poor leadership, no training, etc...)

Pros

Decent company culture, I haven't been expected to work the large amounts of overtime I know other people in this field have.

Cons

Currently, there are a lot of people between assignments in a way that seems like management is trying to hide the company is just getting less positions to fill. I have had very little challenging or new to learn my entire time working here, and it is starting to feel like I do not have the same useful skills someone else with my years of experience should have, thanks to not being given the opportunities to get them. Raises have steadily been getting worse and worse every year, and I make several thousand dollars less than at least one male coworker with the same experience I talked to with no recourse to change that.

Pros

Work is steady, and you never feel like you're sitting around doing nothing. Most of the people are kind and make an effort to help you.

Cons

Management is awful. Bosses treat you like you're stupid. Pay is stingy and the higher management seems blissfully unaware of current inflation and its effects on lower level employees. Work from home is looked down on and actively discouraged, even when employees stress its importance to them personally. the company is more focused on diversity targets than on improving the daily life of the workforce; we received numerous emails about diversity initiatives but barely any for mental health support. Person I worked for was racist and was comfortable talking about how much better they were than me because of their race. Pay is atrocious in my opinion based on the amount of work and nonsense I had to deal with the entire time I was there.
