      No pros to tell only cons, I was searching for -ve rating since that is not there I'm giving 1 star,

      Cons

      One of the worst company in this universe. Never think of joining and if you hear the word CGI, I suggest you go home take bath 3 times and do meditation. After working for one year in this company and I decided to leave this planet and go to mars. The worst worst worst worst company you can work with. Treat people like dogs. Full of politics If you lick managers and team leaders foot only then you can survive otherwise your life will be in hell. I request everyone please don't join this company and spoil your life.

      Pros

      I’ve been working at CGI for less than 3 months. It is a fantastic place to work, very professional yet casual people who are very friendly and helpful. Training program was very good and the opportunities for career paths are fantastic.

      Cons

      I was very unhappy the first two weeks with my team as my team leader didn’t really care for me that often. I was just buddying for the point of a salary. I earned two months pay for training and buddying (not a bad thing just very boring)

      Pros

      I absolutely loved my job, teams I worked on were brilliant, friendly clients Great relationship with team members Job was brilliant, always busy

      Cons

      Only downside I had was that my team leader was changed and that person clearly didn't like me! I had been on sick, I went back to work and had a disciplinary. I went from no warnings to a final written which devastated me (I only had the disciplinary because I had been off with severe depression) the meeting was taken by my team leaders friend which was also bang out of order. This was the reason i am no longer employed, I made them sack me by not going to work after I had the results of my disciplinary. I did love my job, but the way I was treated after being off with depression and then given a final written warning I couldn't stay.
