Paid 100% less than the uk average for my job role When you question your rate of pay to your manager or raise through hr it is dismissed and brushed off

Company is highly segregated by region. Almost all of the leadership is white and male. They are working on diversity, but focus on it being "a strategy" which totally misses the mark. Pay is WELL below market average. Pitiful raises. There is a massive jump from Senior Consultant to Director and a huge bonus difference between the two, which is ridiculous. No clear direction or strategy. Leaders are late to meetings consistently which shows they don't value their teams. They are 100% focused on paying their consultants as little as possible to keep margins high.
