      Give the opportunity to junior to start is career in ICT. Human on certain aspect, you'll not be fired directly if you stay months on the bench

      Cons

      Focus is on Junior(Low payed) and on people who spent time on internal proposal. To stay on a long term in CGI you should have a managerial position otherwise you don't matter.
