      Pros

      I worked with a wonderful team at CGI, and still keep in contact with colleagues from my time there. CGI itself is a machine, but it is well oiled.

      Cons

      The internal politics between managers and stakeholders broke a wonderful team apart. I saw a team of 30 people leave one by one because of some irrelevant quarrels between management.
