- Awesome international team of scientists to work with. - The challenges you face day by day make you more resilient. - Good food at the canteen.

Cons

- Terrible company administration with most people speaking no foreign languages. - Turnover of (non-French) people is very high, mostly due to the bad treatment they get from the company. - Nowhere to live in the surroundings; if you can find something, it 's crazy expensive. - Salary after tax is very low, probably OK if you're single or your fiance also works.

Only interested in the current projects, even during covid were pushing without taking into account person. Not enough of computational resources

a lot of holiday and very good work-life balance.

Cons

Not international. My manager lied to me to force me to go on holiday, whereas I was able to get paid for the holidays that I did not take. Not a transparent organization to their employee, especially to short term contracts.
