      Pros

      They have a global resource that has become a huge asset to me. Everyday CBRE will ping you lots of information about real estate deals occurring over the nations.

      Cons

      One drawback to me was I has been taking care of local deals. I wanted to deal with the national real estate market but my work has been focused on local properties only. I have not got a chance to do a deal outside of the state.

      Name recognition, opportunities within, work on some of the largest deals and some of the top brokers in the industry.

      Cons

      Compensation is poor relative to peer companies, no work-life balance....culture is very work 23 hours a day, get little sleep
