remuneration and benefits are good

Cons

no work life balance. management expects you to work overtime and during non-working hours. management values employees who speaks the "loudest" even if inputs are not meaningful, rather than employees who actually perform their work well, but silently. favoritism is common across departments by mid-management who have inadequate experience and ability to lead.
