Good benefits for employees with 3 meals covered, a competitive salary and considerate employee services. The location and facilities of the office are much better than other IT companies in Beijing. Professional team and not bureaucratic at all, young and vibrant.

Cons

Huge pressure, sometimes a little bit messy in terms of management given the average age of the team.
