I really love ByteDance and the values that the company hold. They named it Bytestyle. The company is beyond my expectations and working there as a content moderator had taught me a lot of things. The employees are awesome and cool. The office is full of fun things. Everything that you can imagine on a start up company existed in this company. They value diversity and that created a vibrant creativity and awesomeness . The salary is more than enough, compared to other places especially if you're a fresh graduate, you will love working here. Even the supervisors and the bosses are awesome, they are humble and no office politics can be seen as far as I'm working here. You will receive A LOT of gifts from the company if you work here. Love it !

Cons

Couldn't find any cons for this company. They really take a good care of their employees. But you need to be good with a fast paced company like Bytedance, and I think most of the people nowadays are completely fine with that.
