Pros

Good insurance if you take it (Highmark)

Cons

Terrible work enviorment from lack of staff and the head manager being unprofessional with flipping out on everyone all the time over anything instead of being an adult about it and calmly explaining whats wrong and what they want done instead. Oh yea did i mention she has a tendancy to flirt with some adult male crew randomly? Workplace violance - the manager i just mentioned threw a bacon pan at me and another employee last friday. Lack of not being bothered including days off Work week of almost 70 hours every time Schedules being changed without telling you or asking you.

Pros

well they don't have that many i mean they come out with food ideas that are awesome if the employees made them the correct way

Cons

poor management, poor pay, they treat the employees like they are nothing and irreplaceable when they all aren't. Just bad company
