Pros

Its a paycheck. You are always doing something, and if you can handle this job then you can handle any job. If you know the right people, you can easily end up as a 19 year old store manager.

Cons

The company has no moral values, ethics or Human resources. They do not invest in there people at all. District managers talk to you like you are worthless and they are all knowing. Your job is threatened every 68 seconds and there is no such thing as doing a good job.

Pros

While I worked for BK, I enjoyed working for the company for the most part until management failed to do their job.

Cons

While I was working there I was not any proper training in the j ob that I was assigned there fore I had to learn to do this job by common sense. also I learned after 2 months being on the job that I had other jobs that I was supposed to be doing but was not told or trained to do. For instance the fryers. I learned that I was supposed to know how to clean them. I was showed somewhat one day early in my job the basics of this but was not properly trained nor did I have the chance to learn to do this job correctly after two months and then I was suddenly expected to know how to do this and do it among my other duties with in a short time frame. I was also told by the GM that I would be working from 5:00 Am to 10:00 AM, that was not the case, I was lucky to have worked 2 or 3 hrs before I was to go home. when I complained that I needed more hours she would make little comments about making me a cook, or trained to do the front counter, which I replied that I would enjoy learning the front counters. That was also not the case as she appointed me more cleaning jobs and that if I did them in a timely manner that I would be given my original 5 to 10 hours. She, would constantly change my duties as she saw fit. but never kept to a certain set of duties. she had her cooks donig more then just cooking but running the registers and drive up windows while she went out side and smoked or sat on her computer.

Pros

Discounts, Free drinks, flexible hours, fun when working with younger employees as myself, Simple job (when not being slaved by a poor manager).

Cons

Poor management, favoritism, would not eat there unless I personally worked there, managers don't do as good a job as the employees but have a higher rank anyway, Way too serious for just a food spot, Managers aren't as careful as they should be when handling food.
