Pros

There are flexible working hours if you need them. They will try to work around your schedule. Be able to leave for emergencies and doctors appointments. Take vacation time.

Cons

Consistently running out of product. Not enough employees to cover shifts. Favoritism. One employee can get away with something and the next employee would get suspended for the same thing. Managers and employees not doing required jobs consistently and leaving work for other employees who have their own required work to do. Raises, if you get one are are insulting. Taking young and pretty over experience and age in hiring.

Pros

The owner just had a new restaurant built. $8.50 an hour right off the bat was nice with 3 years experience in fast food. A manager named Lynn Myers was fantastic with customers.

Cons

Constantly switching managers. This Burger King had absolutely No "team-work." The manager didn't have reliable people that would show up for work. Then of they fired that unreliable person, they then later just brought the person back.
