They removed the pension years ago. ZERO opportunity to grow - I've been there over 10 years and have tried multiple times to advance, they'd rather hire from outside - In other words, they hire their own friends and family before promoting from within. Also, there is so much collusion in the company one would wonder how it's legal. If you're not in the "Hispanic club", good luck advancing!
The company hasn't grown in a few years. They constantly get beat on price by competitors and lose accounts by the day. They need to hire a good sales force and be competitive again.
