Business Outlook
Pros
Good team and work environment. (This is applicable only to India employees) Flexible pay structure where we can opt for 100% Basic. So the PF component will increase. However the take home will reduce. Flexible work hours and work from home option.
Cons
Company was always an acquisition target. Recently Broadcom acquired it, but wants to keep only the SAN division and divest IP division, which contributes significant headcounts. So lot of uncertainty. No strong road map, beyond an year. Lack proper planning. When a project is planned, too many stretched features are accommodated and dropped later. Recognition for India employees is lacking and not treated on par with US employees
