      Pros

      Brocade has been a great company, with good people and good technologies. I have had the privilege to work alongside some truly exceptional talent.

      Cons

      The pending acquisition of Brocade by Broadcom, and the subsequent divestiture of a number of business units to secondary buyers, has unfortunately had a severely detrimental effect on staff morale and the working environment in general.

      Pros

      Was a Great Company to work for with Great work life balance and fair compensation.

      Cons

      Executive Staff only cared about themselves and their own wallets!! Agreed to many things with acquiring company only because they are out day 1 with their millions and leaving the employees to do all the work.
