      Pros

      Great compensation, lots of growth potential and hires from within. Cutting edge technology, constantly voted as best place to work. Management seems to really care about employees.

      Cons

      Work can sometimes require significant time and travel, lots of very talented employees to competition for raises is fierce.

      Pros

      Everyone is working hard and enjoying it. I am new to Brocade and I am really enjoying the atmosphere. So far, so good.

      Nothing so far! I've been with Brocade for 6 months...and I am loving it.
