      Great, top-notch people, both personally and professionally. Great culture, environmentally and socially conscious, with good work/life balance. Incredible training opportunities - more than you could ever take advantage of. Top-of-industry compensation: salary, bonus, RSUs, 401k match, and great benefits.

      Cons

      Limited potential for career advancement. Middle management can be over-reactive to every comment from CEO, without thoughtful prior analysis.
