      Pros

      Brocade's IP business (switching and routing) is a smaller percentage of the company's revenue while the Fiber Channel SAN business is thriving and providing most of the revenue. The company has a feel of a small business with an infusion of money to help grow the IP. Brocade is a positive small business that is fun to be a part of.

      Cons

      Small companies can sometimes struggle to execute against their business plan.
