Pros

There is so many chips coming out every year, that you have a lot of opportunities to fix bugs and learn something new.

Cons

VACATION POLICY - there is no limits on vacation days, so instead of earning vacation days, you have to beg for any break. It is not well organized place, which cause a lot of stress when some problems are discovered in last moment. And as there is a lot of chips coming out, there is a lot of opportunities for final push.

Great co-workers. Some of the best in Industry Challenging work. Brings the best out of everybody. Good compensation and Recognition Very Flexible timing The mentoring is really good as the people most respected are those who help others best.

Cons

The work life is pretty hectic. The gender-ratio is seriously skewed against women. Bad HR policies.
