      The stock shares are probably the best retainer for some high positions.

      If you have a support function. BC will drain you while you will evolve in a grey & toxic environment

      Good people with the will to do things well,

      Cons

      Do not expect your commissions if you are not in the Financial Sector + they promise on RSU but only deliver first year + customer and employees are treated without any respect: there is no salary increase for many years, customer are skimmed with repeated Fair (Fake) Market Value price increases. People leave after 1 to 2 years. It is a toxic company.
