Pros

The company is profitable and the benefits are shared with the employees There are great teams and people with great talent.

Cons

The total lack of empathy of the top management for the collaborators, especially in the jeadquarters. The top management is only caring for their own position. They do not care about what you are doing and you are "kucky" if they say hello when you run into them in the corridors..when they get out of their closed offices The company absolutely did not anticipate the effects of the after covid which lead to slahing decisions impacting the future of the company and the lives of the collaborators who lost their job There was no captain on the boat in 2023 when you need someone to regularly communicate to tell the collaborators about the situation and the progress. And the only communication was a video when the CEO was present in the headquarter , avoiding the exchanges with the collaborators.
