I can not think of anything , but just gathering people and taking photos for social media

Cons

HR - this team has no clue about the HR and their duties. The individuals that are hired for this are not competent in their approch. Management - It exists just for the name sake , people who have failed previously in their career have managed to get it and they are doing the same here. Technology - Very laid back Hire/Fire - As and when they want , with their counter part of HR team
