Pros

There’s a really good work environment at my company, and it shows in the day-to-day. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed by the team. Communication is open, there's a strong sense of collaboration, and people are always willing to help each other out. Teamwork is highly valued, and it’s a place where you can share ideas without fear of judgment. I think that makes a big difference — it not only makes work easier, but also makes you look forward to coming in each day. It's great to be part of a company where there’s mutual respect, trust, and a positive attitude, even during busy or stressful times.

Cons

If I had to mention a downside, it would be that because the atmosphere is so collaborative and dynamic, things can sometimes move very fast — which means priorities may shift quickly, and you need to be ready to adapt. But overall, the experience is very positive and the advantages clearly outweigh the challenges.
