Pros

Best company culture I've experienced. And the first time I actually saw company culture being applied throughout the company. No insane pressure for sales, very understanding when goals are not met, and everyone is always amicable.

Cons

Sometimes they switch markets for the account manager too rapidly, which hinders the ability of - especially recently employed - managers to establish relationships with their clients in that assigned market. But apart from that, no real cons. Would definitely work with them again.

Pros

- Good benefits - Convenient office location and good view (you can see Jingan temple directly from the office) - People are generally nice

Cons

- Lack of opportunities to be the main player in company initiatives. - Although the local team is striving to achieve more, many things are out of control as the main office is in Amsterdam. This creates a conflict and makes people frustrated.
