Pros

Good work and life balance: the company does not expect you to work beyond your working hours. Good environment and fair

Cons

Not many opportunities for development if you are not working in Amsterdam (headquarters); It is very common to find managers with no people skills whatsoever

Pros

- We all share the responsibility to make the company better. It’s all about collaboration. Your boss’s door is always open for questions, ideas and concerns. - You’re encouraged to develop your own talents. And there are plenty of training sessions available to help you do just that. - At Booking.com, there is no room for big egos. Everyone works towards the same goals. - An open, friendly, internationally-minded environment. - Plenty of perks: lots of travelling, amazing offices, standing desks, yoga lessons, fresh fruits, Freaky Fridays, and many more.

Cons

- If you are a show pony and not a workhorse, this is not the company for you. Egos only distract.
