Pros

People focused Company. Work-Life Balance is great, along with benefits.

Cons

Operates in small offices/clusters which makes difficult to grow in the same location, so if you don’t mind to relocate then shouldn’t be a problem

Pros

Great people and really competent engineers. Company culture is really friendly and you will work with a lot of managers that are there to help you to grow.

Cons

Company is migrating legacy tech to cloud based solution that's not tested and mature enough, yet instead of motivating engineers to solve challenging migration problems with proper compensation, the upper management chose to go down the route of cost cutting and not adjusting the compensation of their employees based on inflation rate. As a result, senior level engineers ended up leaving the company to look for better opportunities elsewhere.
