Clear Strategy and tech objectives. Community is constantly working to remove blockers and improve the developer experience and adopt new technologies. Good benefits and compensation, still not FAANG, but provides almost everything is expected from a big company.
Cons
As any other Big company, communication and collaboration is constantly an issue as teams are vertical structured. Career progression is slower compared to smaller companies, usually you have to outperform to grow.
