Nice cafeteria, good motivation from team members, enthusiastic and helpful atmosphere. Above average compensation and flat hierarchy - easy to bring things up with manager, and to talk things out with coworkers.

Cons

Extremely transparent, length of lunch breaks are monitored by HR and can be raised as issue if breaks are too lengthy. Hard to move within own team vertically, easier to move horizontally across different teams. Internal mobility is encouraged.
