Tense environment to work. CEO is a good-ol-boy from the midwest that rules by fear, threats, anger outbursts and severe micromanaging. Some days he's awesome and others a nightmare, you just never know what version of him you will get and all employees walk on eggshells all day and do thier best to avoid. The slightest thing can set him off into a raging violent fit where things start flying around the office and jobs are lost.
Management Hires mid-level and low-tier people that are competent but get pushed beyond their means. Top tier talent can see this in the interview process and never sign on.
