Pros

Nice perks. Free Lunch, lots of travel and a few excursions, Great coworkers and nice office. Good reviews are mostly from hourly workers that do not have contact with the CEO.

Cons

Tense environment to work. CEO is a good-ol-boy from the midwest that rules by fear, threats, anger outbursts and severe micromanaging. Some days he's awesome and others a nightmare, you just never know what version of him you will get and all employees walk on eggshells all day and do thier best to avoid. The slightest thing can set him off into a raging violent fit where things start flying around the office and jobs are lost. Management Hires mid-level and low-tier people that are competent but get pushed beyond their means. Top tier talent can see this in the interview process and never sign on. CEO spends too much time bragging about his Palo Alto home, $150k car, world travels and golf paid for by the company dime than building a strong team. CEO has no respect for the French parent company Owners and thinks he can do better than them at running their company. very low growth and low profit for a 10 year old branch. Competitors have grown massively bigger in the same timeframe.

New management, new direction

Pros

Was a great place to work. Low pay was offset with good perks. However, a lot of those went away when new management came in. There are very few pros, unless you consider be employed one of them.

Cons

Lack of leadership and little communication from top management. Culture has completely changed for the worse. A lot of corporate speak that does little to promote the brand or make the company a desirable place to work. Seems like there is more of an effort not to pay people than there is to reward them.
