      Avoid at all costs! Working here made me ill!

      The team that was there at the time. All have managed to escape with minor injuries

      Steve Brennan. (CEO) he was a manipulative narcissist. I've never worked for a company where the 'boss' was bizarrely nice to your face then would pull strings to make your day as difficult as it could be behind your back. I speak on behalf of so many employees that also experienced how awful the atmosphere was in the building when he was there. It took me a good year after moving on to realise that the toxic working environment which I was exposed to for nearly 2 years was not the norm it was just the disgusting atmosphere that Steve Brennan (and his chosen Simon says employee) created.

      No Pro’s other than meeting new people at the sites

      Treated like gum at the bottom of someone’s trainers!!!! They Hang up the phone on you regularly and when I had no CSCS card which some construction agencies still have jobs for. Bespoke would offer me a job at 4pm and say they are going to text me the details. I somewhat wait until about 4:45 and begin to call them back. At around 5 to 5 they begin to answer to my calls after hanging up a couple times on me and they say they will forward me the details but decide not to sometimes. Truely a shambolical company. Very rude staff. All you have to do is call up and they are already rushing you off the phone. I am really after them on all reviewing platforms

      Local pub, basically everything the boss doesn't supply

      Cons

      Everything, worse place I've ever worked, Ceo is a passive aggressive and acts like a baby when he doesn't get his own way, even when he's wrong. Loads of people leaving due to his attitude, company was booming and great in 2014/15 then it started to go worse over the years. If you want a career in digital, look else where, the xeonis more bothered about his book than his staff
