      Pros

      Management are keen for you to progress and help you, there is a career coach who comes in and helps where needed. If you want to do well and care about the clients you do do well. There are about 15 people in the team and everyone is friendly and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Not a con for me but you are expected to own your role and look after clients. It's a place to come if you want to do some great work and do well out of it.

      Pros

      Work with a group of talented people who are happy to share their skills and knowledge. Be recognised and rewarded for your hard work. Receive support and commitment to your professional development and career progression. Work in an environment where client results matter.

      Cons

      None that I have seen so far. You're expected to own your own role and work hard to deliver results, so if you want to coast, this is probably not the place for you.
