Pros
Somewhat stable, investing in technology (depending what division your in) and they did not take any UK bailout money.
Cons
British Bank... "I am BarCap hear me roar" !! Seriously, as an ex-Lehman employee, working at a British Bank kind of blows. All culture is driven out of the UK, and the Brit's , well...... I have also found the merger to be confusing and somewhat difficult to adjust to. I can see the inventive and creative personalities of the Lehman employees smashing up against the thier terse British counter parts. I think as the dust settles, it will eventually smooth out but not sure in who's favor it is headed. Lehman wa a great shop that made some foolish (Fuld) investments and now we all pay the price for the incompetance of a few.
