A fast growing investment bank with a very comfortable culture.

Great open culture in the office. Managers are very approachable. Encourages work-life balance. An investment bank growing at a very face pace.

Cons

Team might be too large and individuals might find it hard to "shine". Constant changes in management decisions and many were made in the last minute.

Management is bent on becoming the "Premier Global Investment Bank" but doesn't really care about its employees, we are all just parts in a large machine with a market cost on each of our heads.

Red-tape can be a problem sometimes, especially with IT. Its about to be taken over by BlackRock so things are likely to change.
