Senior Leadership recognize the changing global environment and adjust their strategy to reflect that. Great team environment that encourages you to think out of the box.

Cons

Benefits are not in line with other corporations. They need to recognize talent and reward them as necessary. Not enough advancement opportunities

Bullying culture that is not addressed. Traditional i.e. do not accept change or anyone different to someone that has "grown up" in Barclays. Its a man's world
