      Pros

      job security which is important nowadays, pay not bad, improving conditions, one of the leading banks in Morocco and North Africa so it's well known. Good networking possibilities.

      Cons

      very stressful, sometimes management needs to understand basics of management, few chances for initiatives, not very organised, old mentatlity in senior management.
