Pros

Staff are generally good, knowledgeable and collaborative.

Cons

Toxic management culture coming from the top, with behaviour (eg yelling, shouting, bullying) that would not be tolerated in any anglo-saxon banks. No clear strategy at team level, managers who got picked up by default rather than having the experience and skills. Massive nepotism (especially for interns and graduates) and favouritism. management behaviours which are more personal than professional. Little to none career progression, some staff stays in the same jobs for years before leaving the bank. Impossible to get any fixed salary increase, once you join you get stuck to the same salary until you leave. Salary base is much much lower than market standard.
