      Very bureaucratic management - only worship dropouts from bulge brackets who are nothing but politicians

      relatively easy life compared to other big banks, but things have started to change. working for a so-called "global bank"

      Cons

      IT is from Jurassic age only mediocre people stay inefficient and slow, top-heavy management bonus is a joke firm communication is sub par training and intern program is worse than university freshman program

      Pros

      Really friendly place to work with a great approach to work life balance. The canteen is great as there is a lot of variety and a good place to catch up with colleagues. Excellent benefits

      Cons

      It has a very french culture and if you are moving from an American culture then be aware it is very different but in a good way. Pay was ok, but could have been better

      - TERRIBLE management - TERRIBLE HR department - Tasks are very "just push the button"
