Pros
Good environment, people try their best to help, depending on the department, the boss is very flexible. In Canada there’s almost none benefits comparing to other countries. Very hard to be terminated, you need to be the worst at the job to be let go.
Cons
To grow internally with pay is very difficult. They hire external with more pay, so if you want more money, need to leave and come back later. Boss gives more bonus and support to who they like and not based on performance. Bad performance employees are given good opportunities if they are not performing in the area.
