      Nice atmosphere You can learn a lot, depending on your position and your personality this company gives you opportunities to move position worldwide. They have offices in about 36 countries, that gives a few possibilities, if you are looking for international experiences. Also, some teams are very small, which gives you opportunities to handle more topics. People are in general very approachable Hours at head office are quite good for a good work life balance.

      Cons

      Salary is very very low. Around 20-25% below market standard for france, could be more elsewhere. And dont believe what they say during negotiation, they will never increase your salary over 5-8% max! Bonus is also very very low. Even within bnp paribas. far from colleagues in the bank side. It is well known that Cardif does not pay well. As a big company, it is very slow to move things, make decisions and put decisions into actions. Very centralised and nobody wants to take responsibility. Can be frustrating sometimes, especially if you work on corporate side (Head office).
