      Pros

      Small enough company to be able to make a big impact with straightforward internal business process improvements Some great customers - household names Lots of low hanging fruit in terms of customer business benefits realisation = sales pipeline

      Cons

      Confusing and over-complicated hierarchy with French parent company Dassault Systemes. Indecision about product direction. Lots of inward-focused politics taking energy away from making real progress. No a place to learn your craft - you need to turn up as a fully developed professional

      Pros

      Good benefits that encourage career advancement, nice offices. You'll find leadership and talent among your coworkers.

      Cons

      Not a very exciting and most importantly motivating environment to work in. Lack of team work among departments. The company went through an acquisition and seems the morale declined a lot with the changes.

      - Really good people - Good compensation and benefits - There are interesting technologies and problems to work on - Great place for people interested in science

      Cons

      - There is a general feeling that people are not valued, compared to the bottom line - A lot of politics, which makes it hard to get things done, and elevate the right people - Over-complicated set of technologies, resulted from many mergers and acquisitions, not integrated well and difficult to work with - Compared to other tech companies, the tech culture is weak - Too much focus on sales, not enough on innovation
