Micromanagement, inefficient and extremely wasteful processes pushed on workers to protect inexperienced mgmt egos, rude managers that don't help but make things more complicated, training demands that are not relevant to job, absolutely no work life balance, protected inexperienced cliques in the office- no real team environment, very very high turnover- people leave frequently. The office is just over their heads with extremely poor leadership ....it's unfortunate. Very demanding n political clients

Company has no idea where it is going, how to get there and what to do when it arrives. They have outsourced and off shored all the core parts of the business. Things are designed, made, repaired, supported and the whole IT system is run by other companies. The company is just a rudderless shell that is drifting on the tide. Internally the company is known as "Bad Decision" or "Bad Design". There is a consensus or paralysis, within the business. Meetings are a joke, dozens of people turn up late, there is never an agenda, the same topics as the last meeting are discussed, no one takes a decision and if they do it's only a reversal of the last one, there are no action items and no minutes. The whole process is repeated at the next meeting and nothing happens.
