It is a great company with nice senior management team.

To use the word the company adopted, it is a great place to work. Senior management team are very nice to even junior workers. They care about talent retention and development.

Cons

The company does not have a big big name in the Fortune 500 list due to little exposure. Another cons is that they were not doing much in brand management.

Excellent time at BD for the first few years, but the company is now in a transition and the environment is at risk.

Very interesting, socially beneficial products, bright people, pleasant working conditions, flexible work schedules.

Cons

Can be bureaucratic, not-invented-here attitude, recent top management change threatens the positive aspects of the company, director level and higher people are poor communicators.
